Born from our love of cooking and our desire to welcome every guest as family, Gulab celebrates the essence of Indian hospitality-warm, generous, and full of heart. We take pride in showing that Indian cuisine isn’t necessarily spicy (though it can be if you like!), but rather rich, layered, and full of flavor.
Gulab is also a heartfelt tribute to our late mother, Beant Kaur, whose love, strength, and spirit continue to inspire everything we do.
