Gulab Indian Restaurant is inspired by Punjabi culture-its vibrant spices, heartfelt hospitality, and the joy of sharing food that tells a story.
Our journey began in Goshen, Indiana, with a dream to create great food and share the authentic flavors of India with our community. It started with Maple Indian, founded in 2014 by Bobby and Rosie Singh, and through dedication, passion, and love, that dream. blossomed into Gulab in 2025.
